About Jamie McAlister
Jamie McAlister is the founding partner at McAlister Law Office, bringing over 35 years of experience in estate planning, probate, civil litigation, and personal injury law. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity, integrity, and personalized attention.
Jamie earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, where he was a four-year letter winner and record setting quarterback. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law.
Licensed in Montana, New Mexico, and Arizona, Jamie is an active member of the Wealth Council and Elder Law organizations, staying at the forefront of legal strategies for families and individuals.
Outside the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with Laurie, his wife of 41 years, four children and his many grandchildren. Where he balances a fulfilling family life with his commitment to serving his clients.
